Some work should not be squeezed into normal support. For major changes, we define scope, plan the work, and quote the project clearly.
Scope
When Work Becomes a Project
Project work is any initiative that introduces new technology, fundamentally changes the environment, requires dedicated planning, or may involve downtime.
Rule of 5: Adding or changing 1–4 users, devices, email accounts, or basic web pages is usually routine administration. Bulk changes of 5 or more are treated as project work.

Clear Project Terms Before Work Begins
Project work is managed through clear scope, pricing, and written approval so expectations are set before work starts.
Minimum Project Fee
Project work is subject to a minimum project charge of $750, unless waived in writing.
Change Orders
Any work not expressly listed in a signed Statement of Work requires a written change order. Change orders may affect price, timeline, scope, and deliverables.
Quote Validity
Signed quotes are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change due to vendor cost changes, renewal changes, or scope changes.
