Covered Support vs. Project Work
Monthly plans are built for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, administration, and support of existing systems.
Project work is quoted separately when it introduces new technology, changes architecture, requires dedicated planning, involves potential downtime, or includes bulk deployment work.
Rule of 5: Adding or changing 1–4 users, devices, email accounts, or basic web pages is usually routine support. Bulk changes of 5 or more are treated as billable project work.
